Sales, Cancellation and Returns Policy

Dim Mak World is proud to offer you top quality products containing specialised information that is hard-to-find.

In order to prevent fraudulent activities and unethical conduct, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have a no refund, no returns policy. All purchases are not refundable except when goods have been damaged in transit. Please also note that ALL items are fully checked before shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Once you submit your order, if you wish to cancel the order, please IMMEDIATELY email us so that we do not send your products to your delivery address. If you do not let us know within 24 hours, we may not be able to stop shipment, therefore your order will be considered final.

I have an item I did not order

If you find an item(s) in your delivery that you did not order, simply contact us by email and we will write back to you with instructions.

Faulty or Damaged Item

If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us IMMEDIATELY, and no later than three working days of delivery, for instruction and confirmation.

Do not post the item back to us until we confirm details to you.

Please note that it can take us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our office. You should expect to receive your replacement product within two weeks of us receiving the damaged or faulty item.

Checklist for returning faulty items

Please make sure that:

  1. the item has not been used;
  2. the item is returned in its original condition;
  3. it has no writing, markings, dirty fingerprints etc. on it;
  4. you have confirmation from us to return the item;
  5. the item is in its original product packaging;

To prevent fraudulent activities and for your own protection, we recommend that you return the item by registered mail. In other words, please make sure you are given a receipt with full description of the parcel you are sending back to us.

If you choose not to follow these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Please do not send us any item without consulting us first. We will not accept any item that is not authorized for return by us.

Customs and Duties

Please note that international orders can be subject to customs and duties on the full price of the package.
